The varieties we grow are 100% free from GMO contamination. If cross-pollination ever occurs, the affected kernels develop a noticeable off-color, making it easy to identify and remove them to maintain a pure line.
What makes this corn even more special is its ability to grow without added fertilizer. It fixes its own nitrogen through a gel-like bacteria found on its adventitious roots, a natural, self-sustaining system that supports both healthy soil and thriving plants.
